What this policy covers
This policy applies to the websites and applications operated by Naveena C K and Karthavya IT Solutions, offered both as commercial and as free services — referred to throughout as “the Service”.
Two things sit outside it. The blog at blog.naveenack.dev runs on WordPress and is covered by its own notice. Individual apps may publish a policy that is stricter than this one — where they do, the stricter policy governs that app. See apps that collect nothing.
Information collection and use
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to name, email, phone number. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
On this website specifically, the only information you actively give us is what you type into the contact form — your name, email address, chosen subject, and message. It is used to answer you. You are not added to any mailing list.
Log data
Whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app or website we collect data and information (through third-party products) called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app or website when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. Our websites may use cookies to improve user experience. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and to know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you refuse our cookies, some portions of a Service may not function fully.
Service providers
We may employ third-party companies and individuals for the following reasons:

Payments
Where a Service is paid for, payment is handled by a third-party payment gateway. Your card or banking details are entered directly with that provider and are governed by their privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number. We retain only the record of the transaction — what was bought, when, and for how much — as required for accounting and tax purposes.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or for as long as the law requires.
- Contact enquiries — kept while the conversation is live and for 24 months afterwards, then deleted.
- Transaction records — kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Log data — kept only as long as needed to diagnose the error that produced it.

Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Please do not send sensitive personal, financial, or medical information by email or through a web form. Email in particular is not a secure channel.
If something goes wrong
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to affect you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India without undue delay, as required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The notice will tell you plainly what happened, what information was involved, and what you should do.
Links to other sites
Our Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Children's privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has given us personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access — ask what personal data we hold about you and how it is being used
- Correction — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or completed
- Erasure — ask us to delete your personal data where we no longer need it
- Grievance redressal — complain to us, and escalate if we do not resolve it
- Nomination — nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity

Consent and withdrawal
Where we rely on your consent to process your information, that consent is asked for clearly and in plain language, and you may withdraw it at any time by writing to vedahametam@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and it will not affect anything lawfully done before you withdrew.

Counselling records
Apps that collect nothing
Some of our applications are built to collect no personal data at all. Where an app publishes its own policy stating this, that policy governs — it is stricter than this one, and nothing here widens it.
Bhasaka collects no personal data whatsoever, uses no third-party services, analytics, or advertising networks, sends no push notifications, and stores content and preferences only on your own device. Read its privacy policy .
Viveka Dhyana is another. It has no account and no sign-in, and it collects no personal data — no analytics, no advertising, and no advertising identifier. What you save in it, your bookmarked readings, is stored only on your own device, and clearing the app’s data or uninstalling it removes that for good.
Two things the app does reach out for, and neither identifies you. It fetches readings, photographs and audio recordings from our own servers at swamivivekananda.guru , whose request logs are covered by the Log data section above. And it downloads its typefaces from Google Fonts the first time they are needed, which means Google receives your device’s IP address as part of that request.
While a recording is playing, the app shows a playback notification with the usual controls so you can pause it without returning to the app. It sends no push notifications.
Visitors outside India
Our Services are operated from India, and information we collect is processed and stored in India or by service providers acting on our behalf. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the GDPR — including the right to data portability and the right to object to processing. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Changes are effective immediately upon posting, and the “last updated” date at the top of this page will always tell you when the policy last changed.
